An unhealthy culture undermines current healthy practices. And, few people are able to sustain their desired lifestyle changes in unsupportive environments. Wellness professionals must develop their capacity to foster wellness cultures at work, at home and among peers. This webinar will discuss three Wellness Culture Coach toolkits for developing management, peer and household support.
The three toolkits that will be discussed are for helping:
(1) management to create healthier and more productive workplace cultures
(2) employees create household wellness cultures
(3) employees engage in peer wellness coaching.

About the Presetner: Judd Allen, PhD

Judd Allen is president of the Human Resources Institute, LLC, a research, publishing and consulting firm that focuses on the creation of supportive cultural environments. He earned his Ph.D. in community psychology from New York University. Judd serves on the editorial board of the American Journal of Health Promotion. Judd is also a member of the board of directors of the National Wellness Institute and Perhaps Kids Meeting Kids Will Make a Difference.
Judd has authored more than 50 books, journal articles, training manuals and software titles. He wrote two books in 2008: Healthy Habits, Helpful Friends: How to Effectively Support Wellness Lifestyle Goals and Wellness Leadership: Creating Supportive environments for Healthier and More Productive Employees. He is now writing a book on creating a wellness culture at home and second book about creating a healthy work climate.
